Returns and Refunds

Except where this policy or applicable consumer law provides otherwise, all sales are final.

PCDFIX sells collectible items, including signed albums and promotional copies, many of which are unique or available in a quantity of one. Please review all product photographs, Condition Summary, inclusions, and listing information carefully before completing your purchase.

When a return or refund may apply

Please contact us if:

your item arrives damaged;
you receive the wrong item; or
the item is materially different from how it was described or pictured.

Known flaws, wear, missing inclusions, or other characteristics clearly disclosed before purchase are not considered undisclosed defects.

Returns are not accepted solely for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, changes in market value, or collecting preference, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact hello@pcdfix.com as soon as possible if there is an issue.

For transit-damage, missing-item, or condition-dispute claims, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the unopened parcel through removal and inspection of the item. This provides the clearest evidence of the parcel’s condition on arrival and can significantly affect our ability to verify and resolve a claim.

If no unboxing video is available, we may require additional photographs, packaging evidence, carrier information, or other supporting documentation and may be unable to determine whether the issue occurred before, during, or after delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the matter is resolved.

Condition and autograph assessment

PCDFIX aims to document collectible condition accurately through photographs and written disclosures.

PCDFIX does not authenticate or certify autographs. Signature and provenance assessments reflect the evidence described in the listing and are not guarantees of autograph authenticity.

A differing third-party opinion does not by itself establish that an item was materially misdescribed, although credible new evidence will be reviewed.

Damage caused after delivery through improper handling, storage, cleaning, modification, or repair attempts is not covered, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Returns

Please contact hello@pcdfix.com before returning any item.

Approved returns must follow the return instructions provided and should be sent using a tracked shipping service.

Where PCDFIX is responsible because the wrong item was sent or the item was materially misdescribed or damaged in circumstances for which PCDFIX is responsible, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered as required.

For other permitted returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Because most PCDFIX items are unique or single-quantity collectibles, exchanges are generally not available.

EU and UK withdrawal rights

Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email hello@pcdfix.com within the applicable withdrawal period.

Unless required otherwise by law, the buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Returned goods should include all items and inclusions originally supplied and should not be handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Where required by law, PCDFIX will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
